Malcolm Cunningham started Oakridge Group in 2007 as Managing Director and has been instrumental in its growth and development by diversifying into commercial opportunities, joint ventures with other developments, landed interests and housebuilding.
Graduating from Aberdeen University in 1988 with a degree in Geography, Malcolm has brought with him a broad range of experience. He first trained as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and thereafter held a number of roles in project management, finance and consulting in both Public and Private Sectors. Malcolm has many years experience in residential and commercial property as investor and director.
Malcolm has been instrumental in the companies acquisition of a land bank and is now involved in bringing these proposed developments to market. As a director Malcolm's role is to build on his previous experience and take the Oakridge Groups plans and make them a reality.
In his spare time Malcolm is a busy husband and father who enjoys spending time with his family who all have a love of the country and outdoor pursuits.
Rupert de Klee,
Rupert de Klee joined in 2010 and heads up the commercial property interests of the company. This encompasses development, investment acquisition and asset and project management. This includes joint ventures across the board and the proposed retail and leisure project at Fordel.
Having graduated from Edinburgh University, he qualified as a chartered surveyor whilst at Richard Ellis in London before joining London and Edinburgh Trust in the mid 1980's. In Scotland he has been a director for Bellhouse and Joseph based at the Broomielaw, Glasgow and more recently for Prospect Point Investments in Aberdeen.
In addition to his commercial interests Rupert is involved with a number of charitable organisations including Prison Fellowship Scotland and as Chair of the Fern Street Settlement.
